Private Customers
Can I shop as a private individual?
Yes. All customers can shop with us. Simply add products to your cart. You may checkout as a guest or register as a loyal customer.
VIP Customers (Professionals)
Can I purchase using a business ID?
Yes. By registering as a VIP customer, you receive discounts on all products.
I am a beauty professional or student. Can I get a discount?
Yes. You can apply for VIP status. Once approved, you will receive professional pricing.
How to become a VIP customer:
- Register as a customer in our online store.
- Fill in the VIP application (only logged-in users can apply).
- We will review your application and notify you by email once your account is upgraded.
What is VIP membership?
VIP membership is intended for professionals and students in the beauty industry. You will receive access to all products at discounted prices.
Municipalities
Can municipalities place orders?
Yes. Please send the product list, quantities, article numbers, and purchase order to our customer service by email. We will deliver the products and send an electronic invoice.
Orders
My order is “Waiting for Payment”. How can I pay?
- Log in to your account: https://www.dreamhair.com/customer/account/
- Select the unfinished order.
- Click “Reorder”.
- Check your shopping cart.
- Proceed to payment as usual.
Note: After payment, please return to the online store so that the payment is registered. The unfinished order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
My order is cancelled. Why?
Your order may be cancelled if you clicked “Cancel” on the payment page or did not return to the store after payment. In such cases, the order is automatically cancelled within 48 hours. If you have paid, please contact us immediately.
How can I modify my order?
Please contact customer service by email or phone.
Can I add products to my order?
Yes. You can place an additional order and choose “Additional Order” as the delivery method. We will combine the orders if the original order has not yet been shipped.
Payment
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Select Paytrail at checkout and then choose Walley invoice. Walley handles invoicing and payment tracking.
Do you use Klarna?
No, Klarna is not available, but we offer several other payment methods.
Where can I find my receipt?
The receipt is included with your order and is also available in your customer account. If you do not have an account, please contact customer service.

Yes, you can buy extensions directly in our stores.

Yes, with a confirmation of your order (e.g., a screenshot).

Wrong Delivery or Product
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service by email. If possible, include a photo of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Address Errors
I entered incorrect delivery details. How can I fix this?
Please contact customer service immediately so we can correct the details before shipment.
Products
Where can I find ingredient lists (INCI)?
Ingredient lists can be found in the product description or on the packaging. If you cannot find them, contact customer service.
Are Inveray, Kinetics, and CH Nails products HEMA-free and TPO-free?
Yes. These products are allergy-friendly, HEMA-free and TPO-free, and made from modern ingredients.
Do nail tip glues require UV light?
No, CH Nails tip glue does not require UV light.
What does viscosity mean?
Viscosity refers to how thick or fluid a product is.
Which tape is used for Slavic hair extensions?
A special tape designed for Slavic extensions is available in our store.
Is one tape roll enough for a full head?
One roll usually contains about 2.7 meters of tape and is sufficient for full extensions.
How many hair packs do I need?
Typically, 100–120g of hair is needed. Usually, four packs are sufficient for full tape or keratin extensions.
What is the difference between European and Premium hair?
Both are made from 100% Remy hair. Premium quality is more durable and can last up to 6–12 months with proper care, while European lasts about 3–6 months.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available online and in-store. They are valid for one year and can be sent by email with a personalized message.
Discount Codes
Can I get a discount code?
Use code: ALENNUS-53TGD3 (10% off regular-priced items).
I did not receive my discount code
Please check your spam folder and Gmail “Promotions” tab.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code in the “Discount Code” field in your cart and click “Apply”. You will see the discount reflected in the total.
My discount code does not work. What should I check?
- Make sure the code is entered correctly.
- Check that the code is still valid.
- Check that the code has not already been used.
- Try a private/incognito browser window.
- Try another browser.
- Ensure JavaScript is enabled.
If the code still does not work, please contact customer service with your discount code, email address, and the date of the issue. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively if the issue was caused by your device or browser.
